Kia Sportage: Automatic Transaxle Control System / Valve Body Repair procedures

It is not recommended to replace the valve body or each solenoid valve individually. If the valve body or a solenoid valve needs to be replaced, the automatic transmission assembly should be replaced and the oil pressure characteristics should be input using the KDS/GDS. If replacing the valve body or a solenoid valve individually, it is not possible to input the oil pressure characteristics using the KDS/GDS and if not performing the oil pressure characteristics input procedure, a shift shock or delay may occur.

Replace the automatic transaxle assembly.
