Replacement

1.	Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.

2.	Remove the battery. (Refer to Engine Electrical System - "Battery")

3.	Remove the air cleaner assembly. (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Air Cleaner")

4.	Disconnect the water sensor (A), fuel heater connector (B) and fuel pressure sensor connector (C). [LHD] [RHD]

5.	Disconnect the fuel inlet tube quick-connector (A) and fuel outlet tube quick-connector (B).

6.	Remove the fuel filter bracket assembly after loosening the mounting nuts (C). [LHD] [RHD]

7.	Remove the fuel filter assembly after loosening the mounting bolts (A). [LHD] [RHD]

8.	Remove the water sensor (A).

Remove the fuel filter (A) used for filter wrench the after fixing the fuel filter assembly.

•	When replacing the fuel filter, the O-ring must be replaced.

10.	Start the engine and check for any leakage from the low pressure fuel circuit including the fuel filter.

11.	Install in the reverse order of removal.
