| Replacement |
| 1. |
Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.

| 2. |
Remove the battery.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "Battery")
|
| 3. |
Remove the air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Air Cleaner")
|
| 4. |
Disconnect the water sensor (A), fuel heater connector (B) and fuel
pressure sensor connector (C).

| 5. |
Disconnect the fuel inlet tube quick-connector (A) and fuel outlet tube
quick-connector (B).
|
| 6. |
Remove the fuel filter bracket assembly after loosening the mounting
nuts (C).

| 7. |
Remove the fuel filter assembly after loosening the mounting bolts (A).
[LHD]
[RHD]
|
| 8. |
Remove the water sensor (A).
|
| 9. |
Remove the fuel filter (A) used for filter wrench the after fixing the
fuel filter assembly.
|
| 10. |
Start the engine and check for any leakage from the low pressure fuel
circuit including the fuel filter.
|
| 11. |
Install in the reverse order of removal.
